Returns and Refunds

You may withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

How to return: click "Returns / Withdrawal" in our website footer or go to https://account.cratermeteorites.com, select your order and confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation email. You can also email us a clear statement at info@cratermeteorites.com or use the form below.

Return costs: the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Refunds: we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items back or proof that you have sent them. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the items beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics.
